In celebration of World Martini Day, LUCE introduces a curated martini experience to its Sunday Champagne Brunch throughout June, inviting guests to linger a little longer over leisurely afternoons shaped by flavour and conviviality.


Alongside the abundant Sunday brunch spread, guests may savour a generous selection of premium seafood on ice, featuring freshly shucked oysters, seasonal shellfish, and ocean-fresh delicacies best enjoyed with a chilled Martini in hand. 

Thoughtfully curated to complement the experience, the Martini selection presents enduring classics including the Classic, Vodka, Dirty and Dry Martini, alongside a signature Pandan Martini, where familiar local notes lend a distinctly Singaporean expression to the timeless cocktail ritual.

Available every Sunday in June, discover a spirited accompaniment to long lunches shared in good company.

This Father’s Day, celebrate the father figures who have guided, supported and shaped life’s many moments with a feast designed for gathering.


Available for lunch and dinner on 20 and 21 June, savour LUCE's refreshed dining experience, from premium seafood on ice and hand-tossed pinsa to theatrical live stations and Chef Giuseppe's signature creations.

Exclusively for the occasion, discover two one-time specials: Il Panzerotto Pugliese, a golden deep-fried calzone filled with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and nduja sausage, followed by Choco-Caffé Harmony, a thoughtful composition of cappuccino mousse, crunchy feuilletine and dark chocolate ganache.

LUCE presents a refreshed buffet shaped by generosity, craftsmanship and the convivial spirit of Italy. Guided by Chef de Cuisine Giuseppe Di Gaetano, the menu expands with a focus on depth, quality and expression.


From premium seafood on ice to artisanal cheeses and cured meats, each selection reflects a respect for ingredient and tradition. Live stations bring a sense of theatre to the dining room, where signatures such as housemade squid ink tagliolini are finished tableside, alongside hand-tossed pinsa and desserts prepared à la minute.
