Meet Our Chef
Chef de Cuisine Giuseppe Di Gaetano brings the spirit of southern Italy to LUCE, shaped by his roots in Puglia and over two decades in the kitchen. Inspired by home-cooked meals and guided by a deep respect for tradition, his cuisine celebrates authentic Italian flavours with a contemporary sensibility - generous, thoughtful, and grounded in craftsmanship.
