At LUCE, the culinary narrative is shaped by Chef de Cuisine Giuseppe Di Gaetano, whose roots in Puglia lend an unmistakable authenticity to the kitchen. 

Raised on the flavours of southern Italy, his earliest inspirations came from the comforting dishes prepared at home - an influence that drew him into a professional kitchen by the age of 17 and set the foundation for a career spanning more than two decades.

Guided by a deep respect for tradition and an instinctive understanding of flavour, Chef Giuseppe's cuisine celebrates the soul of Italian cooking while allowing room for contemporary expression.
