La Dolce Domenica: Sunday Brunch
Sundays at LUCE have always been a celebration of conviviality and generous dining. Starting 12 July 2026, LUCE presents La Dolce Domenica: A Grand Tour of Italy, a reimagined Sunday Champagne Brunch that invites guests to journey through Italy's beloved regions of Naples, Rome, Amalfi Coast and Puglia.
The refreshed Sunday Brunch at LUCE celebrates the richness of Italy through a curated journey of regional flavours. Savour Neapolitan favourites including Pasta Patate e Provola, finished tableside in LUCE's signature Parmesan wheel, alongside La Bufala e Pomodorini. From Rome, discover Rigatoni con Ragù di Coda alla Vaccinara and Pollo con Peperoni alla Romana, before continuing to the Amalfi Coast with Scialatielli allo Scoglio and Seppioline Ripiene all'Amalfitana. The journey concludes in Puglia with Bombette Pugliesi and Cozze Gratinate alla Tarantina, inspired by Chef Giuseppe's hometown.
Complementing these regional highlights are premium seafood on ice, live pasta stations, signature carvings, handcrafted desserts, and an optional martini experience featuring LUCE's signature Pandan Martini.
